Case Keenum hit rock bottom in Week 3. At least that's what Washington hopes. The journeyman quarterback was harangued by the Bears' suffocating defense throughout a Monday Night Football showcase. Keenum was sacked four times, hit five more, and had five turnovers (with a sixth negated by a questionable hands to the face penalty)...
